MEDICINA PREVENTIVA SI CURATIVA PENTRU COPII SI PENTRU ADOLESCENTI

 Obiectivele acestei campanii sunt:

      Crearea culturii sanatatii si a igienei;

      Educarea copiilor pentru respectul sanatatii celorlati;

      Educarea copiilor si adolescentilor in respectul functiilor vitale ale corpului; in alternativa exemplului negativ prezentat de Televiziune (conceptul standard al frumusetii, conceptul standard al corpului uman);

      Educarea adolescentilor in a recunoaste falsitatiile din mesajele televizate;

      Crearea unor dezbateri despre sanatate, despre propria imagine celorlalti;

      Dezvoltarea culturii sanatatii, inteleasa ca forta si posibilitate a individului de a se exprima intr-o viitoare societate civila (cu idei, cu proiecte, cu initiative).

 REZULTATE STATISTICE (oct.-dec. 2003) 

Finalitati ale proiectului

      Achizitionarea de catre copii a capacitatii de a preveni diversele patologii;

      Sutinerea de tip cognitiv pentru familii;

      Promovarea culturii ingrijirii propriei persoane.

Resurse umane utlizate

      Medici pediatri; medici specialisti pediatri;

      Psihologi;

      Asistente sociale;

      Experti pentru instruirea familiilor si profesorilor.

Beneficiari ai proiectului

      Copii cu varste cuprinse intre 7 si 15 ani; 

Campania s-a desfasurat in 8 scoli brasovene cuprinzand lectii de medicina preventiva si curativa, culegerea de date statistice despre patologia copiilor finalizandu-se cu consultatii medicale gratuite.

Un numar de 1296 de copii au fost chestionati dintre care 608 au necesitat consultatii medicale. In urma consultatilor s-a constatat ca 27% prezentau anemii, 13.5% sechele de rahitism, 28% prezentau afectiuni respiratorii, 17% aveau deficit staturo-ponderal, 7% aveau obezitate. 

Igiena psihologica 

-Educarea copiilor pentru evitarea degradarii fizice si psihice, a personalitatii, ca urmare a consumului de droguri si alcool.

-Educarea copiilor in vederea dezvoltarii personalitatii, conform principiilor morale.

-Incurajarea comunicarii eficiente din familie, scoala, societate, pentru evitarea comportamentelor agresive verbale si nonverbale datorate lipsei de comunicare. 

Orientare scolara si profesionala 

- Educarea copiilor aflati in pragul examenelor prin orientarea scolara si profesionala, in vederea alegerii unei profesii viitoare care sa-i asigure respectarea de sine si siguranta unei alegeri pe masura aptitudinilor si dezvoltarii intereselor sale, ca factor premergator in asigurarea unei existente lipsite de griji si siguranta unei alegeri obiective.
 


HEALTHY LIVING FOR CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS

The targets of this project are:

     Creating a culture of health and hygiene

      Teaching children and teenagers to have respect for their own health and
the health of others

      Teaching teenagers to value normal, healthy bodies, rather than accept the
standard of health and beauty presented in television as accurate

      Teaching teenagers to select the good things and reject the bad things
presented in television

      Generating discussion about health and self-image

      Developing a culture of health that can become a force in which people
can express themselves and influence their society (with ideas and projects)

BENEFICIARIES

      Children between the ages of 7 and 15 years 

This campaign took place in 8 Brasov schools, and consisted of training in
medical treatment and preventative health.

After we obtained statistics of the childrens pathology, we made free
medical visits. 1296 children were interviewed and 608 children needed a
medical consultation, which was provided free of charge. After these visits
were made, the results were: 27% of the children had anemia, 13.5% had
rickets, 28% had respiratory diseases, 17% had a physical growth deficit,
and 7% were obese.

     Mental Health Goals

Teaching the children to avoid physical and psychological harm that results from using drugs and alcohol

Teaching the children moral principles

Encouraging good communication in the family, school, and society, in order to avoid the aggressive behavior, which can be verbal or nonverbal, that is caused by lack of communication

     Professional and school orientation goals

Helping children to make wise future career choices that fit their aptitudes and interests, to assure them of self-respect and a successful future..
